How to book a trip

Booking a trip is easy! Contact us either by using the contact form, by email or by phone. If you would like to join one of our guided group tours, you can also book using the booking form at the bottom of each group tour page. We will then send you a booking confirmation by e-mail and an invoice for the payment of the booking fee. Please check the booking confirmation carefully. The booking fee must be paid within 7 days. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The booking fee is EUR 370, plus an office fee of EUR 25 per person. A higher booking fee may be charged depending on the nature of the trip.

The balance of the trip must be paid no later than 35 days before the start of the trip. If the trip is booked less than 35 days before the start of the trip, we will ask for the full price of the trip at once. For some trips, we apply special conditions, which are indicated on the individual pages of each trip. This may include different booking fees and special cancellation conditions.

How to pay for a trip

You can pay the booking fee and the final invoice by bank transfer to our Finnish bank account, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), cash or PayPal. We will send you the final invoice by email approximately 50 days before the start of your trip, and it will be due 35 days before your trip. If you wish to purchase visas or intra-African air tickets (e.g. Niger Airlines, Air Algérie) through us, these must be paid in full immediately and are non-refundable if you cancel your trip.

International flights

Our trips are usually sold without international flights, so you can compete for suitable flights yourself. This also allows you to arrive earlier and leave later, for example after a few days at the beach. If you wish, we will be happy to find/suggest flights that suit you and we can also purchase the flights for you.
